Medical Scheduler

*Key Responsibilities*
* Schedule patient procedures and appointments in EPIC (SNAPboard)
* Conduct outbound calls to patients for scheduling and follow-up
* Handle insurance authorizations and verify required documentation
* Communicate with physician offices regarding patient scheduling needs
* Scan and upload patient documents into EPIC
* Assist schedulers and support overall scheduling workflow
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

* Manage scheduling requests and patient callbacks
* Coordinate with provider offices to confirm appointment details
* Process and follow up on authorizations
* Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and documentation
