As a manufacturer of custom transportable products to address the restroom/shower trailer, homeland security, abatement, first responder and military industries, we offer a stable work environment that is not impacted by the oil and gas sector and as an EEO/AA employer we welcome all individuals an opportunity to come and join our growing team in South Houston! Maintenance Technician Job FunctionsTrouble shoot, repair and maintain all electrical & mechanical attributes of equipment within the plant.Fill out daily activity reports.Maintain spare parts inventoryCross train in different areas of maintenance.Communicate with supervisor & maintenance personnel on activities.Ability to work with 480/220/110/24Other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Strong electrical ability.Ability to operate forklifts.Strong troubleshooting skills, electrical & mechanical.Good Organizational skills.Good communication skills.Self-motivated.Good ability to listen and understand written and verbal instructions.Strong sense of urgency.Must have own tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOM.Ability to read all types of measuring devices. Physical Demands:Must be able to lift 50lbs
