Pay: $800,000.00 to $820,000.00 per year

Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist Location: Nashville, TN (south/airport area) Job Type: Full-Time | Associate III Department: Finance & Accounting Reports To: Senior Payroll Manager

What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees using ADP WFN
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.
• Handle payroll customer service inquiries from employees in the field as well as management across multiple facilities
• Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel- Vlookup & Pivot Tables highly preferred)
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and projects, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP + Pivot Table required)

· Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

· Good communication and teamwork skills
