Program Manager/Engagement Lead

Job Description:

• Strong domain knowledge in Manhattan WMoS or Manhattan Active solution to understand how the Manhattan solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver).

• Strong domain knowledge in Manhattan SCPP and Active WMS solution to construct an overall architecture for current and future customer business needs.

• Assists Architects/project managers in planning efforts.

• Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project. Creates detailed tasks on overall project plan (i.e. after the project plan is complete, or based on enhancements).

• Develops and executes test scripts to ensure Manhattan software consistently meets the customer's business objectives. Develops technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design.

• Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team. Is a thought leader in their Product Solution area of focus and is able to apply that knowledge to customer situations.

• Interact closely with Development services in modification development, quality delivery and organizing demonstrations with customers on modifications.

• Provides non-technical support during the "go-live" period. Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.

• Serves as a technical liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs.

• Provides variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming in SQL/PLSQL, Java.

• Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.

• Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.

• Handles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

• Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements and works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.

• Designs and develops platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.

• Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.

• Ability to work in shifts and be flexible with the timings.

• Travel readiness based on business needs.

Desired skills and experience:

• 8+ years of experience.

• Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, SQL/PLSQL, MOCA, good in RDBMS concepts.

• Hands on experience on technical configuration of Manhattan WMS, Nice labels, MIF.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.

• Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host/SAP, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.

• Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASRS systems or any WCS systems.

• Conceptual knowledge on listed areas of functionalities in TMS/WMS – Shipments, Loads and its lifecycle, Master Data Setups, Tendering, Optimizations, Vouchers, Reports, etc.

• Platform: Working knowledge on Windows OS/Linux and experience in working Azure platform.

• Cloud Infrastructure – Enterprise, Cloud – Network Setup, 2-3 Tier Architecture, Cloud/Hosting Services, Public Cloud – AWS/Azure. (Good to have)
