A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a contract role servicing an elementary caseload. This opportunity runs 37.5 hours per week, from as soon as possible through June 10th. This role provides a rewarding chance to play a pivotal part in student progress within a welcoming and collaborative educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience with pediatric and school-age populations preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
• Adaptable approach to working with diverse learners and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with varied speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to support communication objectives in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Promote positive learning outcomes and advocate for students’ needs
