Desired Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or school-based SLP settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy as assigned
- Monitor, track, and report student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and provide professional recommendations
- Stay current with best practices, attending professional development as needed
