NOW HIRING – QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS

$21.00–$24.00/hr
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours
Overtime Available

Do you have experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production ? Are you someone who pays attention to detail and takes pride in making sure things are done correctly?

We’re looking for Quality Control Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for inspecting parts, taking measurements, performing tests, and making sure products meet quality standards before they reach the customer.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS & PAY

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM — $21.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM — $23.00/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM — $24.00/hr

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Inspect parts, materials, and finished products for defects.
• Measure parts and verify they meet required specifications.
• Use inspection and testing equipment to check product quality.
• Accept or reject products based on quality and functional requirements.
• Test new parts and report results to engineering and management.
• Complete inspection reports and production records.
• Communicate quality issues with production and other departments.
• Keep inspection and measuring equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Make sure testing equipment is working correctly and properly calibrated.
• Identify problems before defective products reach the customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience .
• Comfortable using inspection and measurement equipment.
• Good understanding of measurements, fractions, ratios, and proportions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working independently when needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally .
• Good vision and ability to see small details on finished parts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching
• Working around moving machinery
• Working around chemicals, vibration, and noise
• Performing repetitive inspection and measurement tasks

Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
