Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, employing clinical interviews and standardized tools to uncover individual concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills to foster rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate disposition and a non-judgmental approach to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient caseload and complete necessary documentation accurately.

• No disciplinary actions on record with the licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing virtual therapy or telehealth services is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT, and the ability to apply them effectively in practice.

• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution to address urgent client needs.
