Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

At BHS Corrugated, our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) program is built on experienced technicians doing the work that keeps production running.

We're looking for a Working M2P Supervisor someone who stays hands-on, solves problems in real time, and leads by example on the floor. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be directly involved in the work, supporting your team while owning the overall maintenance operation.

If you prefer being where the action is turning wrenches, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on corrugating equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues alongside your team
• Lead daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on production demands
• Support, coach, and develop M2P Technicians on-site
• Ensure preventative maintenance is executed on schedule
• Coordinate closely with customer plant leadership and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement in uptime and maintenance efficiency
• Promote and enforce safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 $120,000 base salary
