Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities are available for Speech Language Pathologists in a dynamic elementary school setting for the upcoming academic year near Roscoe, IL. This contract role is ideal for SLPs holding CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), as comprehensive supervision and support are provided. As a W-2 employee under a school year contract, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits within school hours—helping you better balance your professional and personal commitments.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience or comfort working in both general and special education environments, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload of up to 40 students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• New graduates welcome—supervision and mentorship provided

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized service plans and IEP goals
• Partner with special education and general education teachers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in pre-year orientation and ongoing professional development
• Stay connected with onsite support staff for resources and guidance
