Data Migration LeadershipLead and facilitate data migration efforts from mainframe environment to a modern SaaS platform, ensuring accuracy, security, and integrity of financial, billing, and tax data.Business Process AnalysisAnalyze current financial, billing, and tax processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and dependencies, and propose optimized solutions for integration with the new SaaS solution.Requirements Gathering and DocumentationWork closely with the City of Baltimore stakeholders to capture and document business and technical requirements, including data mapping, transformation rules, workflows, and reporting needs.Collaboration with Technical and Business TeamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, database administrators, data analysts, and SaaS vendors to design, test, and deploy the migration solution.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between Baltimore City departments and the project team, facilitating clear communication, status updates, and alignment of expectations.Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute testing strategies, including data validation, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.Change ManagementSupport change management initiatives, including end-user training, documentation of new processes, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new SaaS solution.
