Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves managing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nursing teams, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, evaluate, and develop nursing staff; oversee staffing, productivity, and performance. Coordinate patient care plans tailored to neonatal needs, ensuring documentation and adherence to policies. Manage staff scheduling, overtime, payroll, and disciplinary actions; lead staff meetings and communication. Support department budget development and ensure compliance with financial goals. Maintain equipment and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 2-5 years of RN experience, preferably in a Neonatal ICU; leadership experience is a plus. Strong management, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: 5-10 years of experience and some supervisory background. Additional Details Night shift availability, including one weekly 12-hour night shift, on-call rotations, and direct reports management.
