Night Hours and Shift Details Night Hours – combination of 8, 10 or 12‑hour nights. One 12‑hour night (7 pm to 7 am) required once a week for Leader Resource & Patient Facing Shift. Will have direct reports. On‑call rotation for weekends & holidays. Full‑time benefits. Magnet Hospital. Role Purpose Coordinates patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, statistical accumulation, and ensures that staffing, revenue and operational goals are met. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including hiring, training, assigning work, performance evaluation, and professional development plans. Participates in departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgeting and maintains adherence to financial goals. Provides and oversees patient care, documents interventions, and ensures care plans are implemented. Creates collaborative plans of care based on assessment, diagnosis and medical treatment. Manages staff hours, payroll updates, time‑card reconciliation, staffing needs, overtime, and annual increases. Interviews staff for open positions, performs performance reviews, drafts corrective actions, and follows disciplinary procedures. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing Diploma / Associate’s. Experience: 2–5 years in nursing. Supervisor Experience: None. Licensing & Certification: RN. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Experience: 5–10 years in nursing. Supervisor Experience: None. Additional Preferred Requirements: BSN strongly preferred; 2 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU.
