Responsibilities Patient Support: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate and helpful assistance with scheduling, inquiries, and information dissemination. Administrative Efficiency: Manage office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and office supplies. Maintain accurate and organized documentation. Communication Hub: Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and timely information flow. Billing and Insurance: Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment processing, ensuring transparency and patient satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with medical staff to support quality improvement initiatives and ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care. Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, addressing patient concerns and needs with empathy and professionalism. Values: Uphold the values of MCH: Compassion, Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Empathetic nature and genuine commitment to patient well‑being. Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Valid New Hampshire state licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Competitive salary based on experience. Working Hours This is a 24 hour per week position – varied shift.
