Desktop Support Technician

This is a contract role with a duration of Two weeks. Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Terrace Doral, FL. The technician will open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshooting Active Directory experience "managing users and computers" Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Wage Range The rate for this position is between $22.38 - $29.84 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
