As a senior property manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your community by delivering exceptional experiences to residents while driving operational excellence. You'll lead by example in:

• Delivering legendary customer service
• Building a positive, engaged community
• Leasing apartments and maximizing occupancy
• Developing, coaching, and motivating your team
• Creating unforgettable move-in experiences
• Resolving resident concerns with urgency and empathy
• Managing budgets and financial performance
• Driving rent collections and minimizing delinquency
• Maintaining curb appeal and property standards
• Partnering with maintenance to ensure homes are move-in ready
• Building relationships with vendors and community partners
• Ensuring compliance with fair housing and company policies
• Fostering harmony in the workplace and promoting a positive image of the company.
• Any other tasks as directed by the team member's direct supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
• Experience leading onsite teams
• Strong leasing and resident retention background
• Budget and financial management experience
• Knowledge of fair housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, CRMIQ, or similar property management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conflict-resolution skills
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime periods and assist with other communities as needed
• Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
• Willingness to perform all duties in a manner that is:
