Strategy Manager

Career Area: Sales What You Will Do Oversee multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that are actionable, high impact, and lead to successful change on time. Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing internal business partner expectations and relationships. Support the Senior Director in executing the team’s vision and owning at least one internal program or process. What You Have Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering; 7-9+ years of professional experience in corporate strategy or consulting. Problem solving, analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills. Stakeholder management: ability to identify stakeholders, analyze needs and expectations, and engage effectively. Business acumen: understanding of business concepts, tools and processes for sound decision making. Strategic thinking: ability to focus on big-picture planning and key success factors. Consulting: knowledge of techniques, roles and responsibilities for providing guidance to clients. Matrix management: ability to use external resources and build working relationships across departments and functions. Executive presence: ability to inspire confidence, poise and decisiveness among peers and leaders. What Will Set You Apart MBA or master’s degree from a top-tier program. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience leading projects at a recognized strategy consulting firm, investment bank or corporate strategy group. Professional experience in industrials, heavy equipment, automotive, or similar industries.
