The anticipated salary range for this role is between $181,000.00and $227,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to oversee and optimize program-level delivery using Agile ways of working across our Capital Markets Front Office Technology organization. This role is responsible for driving execution across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives that support front-office business objectives. The Agile Project Manager will lead through influence, partnering with Technology, Product, Trading, Sales, Quantitative Research, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives. The successful candidate will establish effective governance, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate planning and prioritization activities, and provide transparency into program execution. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that technology investments are aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities. Role Objectives The Agile Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic technology initiatives across the Capital Markets Front Office portfolio and promotes continuous improvement by leveraging Agile metrics and delivery insight. As a senior individual contributor, this role drives program execution through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder management rather than direct people management. The role establishes and maintains Agile governance frameworks, delivery plans, milestone tracking, dependency management processes, and status reporting mechanisms to support successful execution. The individual works closely with stakeholders to coordinate resources, monitor program health, manage budget impacts, and resolve delivery challenges. The Agile Project Manager ensures that risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions are actively managed and escalated, when necessary, while maintaining consistency in delivery standards, reporting practices, and communication across all workstreams and promotes alignment across business and technology teams to achieve strategic outcomes. The Agile Project Manager builds strong partnerships with Front Office business leaders, product owners, traders, sales teams, and technology leadership to align on strategic objectives, priorities, timelines, and target outcomes. This role promotes collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle. The individual facilitates decision-making, manages competing priorities, and helps resolve conflicts through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. The Agile Project Manager serves as a trusted partner to senior management by providing clear delivery insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that support informed business decisions and successful program execution Demonstrate a strong awareness of business stakeholder requirements and organizational context by influencing program management agenda and delivering complete, timely and sustainable program outcomes. Leverage excellent organizational skills to establish standard framework and approach for PMO setup. Employ communication skills to articulate a clear vision of program management deliverables across entire portfolio of divisional or regional delivery. Encourage buy-in across all stakeholder groups, including business leadership, process owners and infrastructure partners. Canvas senior stakeholders on a continuous basis to solicit feedback on end state objectives. Leverage stakeholder insights to direct modifications and enhancements to program plans where appropriate. Engage Six Sigma, lean and/or agile techniques as appropriate. Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in project management, program management, Agile delivery or portfolio management roles. Experience delivering Front Office technology initiatives within Capital Markets, Electronic Trading, Fixed Income, Credit, Derivatives, or related business domains is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean delivery practice as well as governance frameworks, stakeholder management, dependency management, and delivery reporting. Experience with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, ServiceNow SPM, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong executive communication skills and a proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives are essential.
