We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and growth-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Vintage Clothing Manufacturing industry! This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our overall growth strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager oversees development and output of digital marketing content in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This includes product-based marketing campaigns that require curating modeled photoshoots, creating digital advertisements, optimizing social media analytics, and managing an online presence that aligns with our brand. The role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of Social Media Analytics, Digital Media, Brand Strategy, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media. Develop and implement our Digital Marketing Strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Collaborating with Product Development team on strategy/planning. Generating Digital Content (modeled photoshoots, candid photos, shortform video). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Develop and manage the company’s online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Collaborate with the Product Development team to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company’s website. Reporting on media analytics. Education/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is great, but NOT required if you have the working experience. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Clothing/Garment industry. Professional Photography (including modeled shoots) a MUST - Photography and Video Editing. Proven experience in Designing and Implementing successful Digital Marketing Campaigns. Strong understanding of how all current Digital Marketing Channels function. Social Media Data Analytics experience a plus. Graphic Design a plus (i.e. - Adobe Illustrator). Familiarity with Web Design. Strong team player and great communication skills (written and verbal).
