From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze.What You'll Be Doing:Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Help people find their dream apartment while making their experience seamless, fun, and stress-free.Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!What We Offer:Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly!Part-Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday.Time to Recharge – Earn and sick leave per state requirements*.What We’re Looking For:Outgoing, positive, and full of personality—you make everyone feel welcome!A natural at building relationships and earning trust.Customer service-savvy with an eye for sales.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role.We’re on the hunt for a leasing superstar who knows how to make an impact. If you’re ready to bring your energy, enthusiasm, and A-game, apply today!The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.Required Skills and AbilitiesTreats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethicsAble and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilledExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakesTreats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentialityExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlinesAbility to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and ExperienceA high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferredPrevious property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is requiredNatural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processesPhysical RequirementsExpected work hours:Must work part-time on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weeklyLeasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisorTravel: NoneWork environment and physical demands:General office environment, ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 poundsAble to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climatesFLSA Status: NonexemptPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
