Billing Coordinator
GFL Environmental
Reconcile daily TRACK system time records for GFL personnel and subcontractors, resolve discrepancies, and validate cost codes and PO allocations. Prepare billing backups and verify compliance with T&M, Lump Sum, and Unit Rate contract terms and rates. Produce accurate and timely invoices for industrial, commercial, temporary, and refinery services. Maintain daily headcount and fatigue management logs. Support audits, revenue recognition, SOX documentation, and revenue leakage tracking. Generate billing metrics, revenue analysis, queries, and management reports. Coordinate with operations, collections, refinery audit teams, vendors, and corporate departments on billing and reporting issues. Maintain billing, reporting, and data integrity processes in compliance with company standards and policies. Perform additional duties as assigned.
