Spartan Capital is hiring driven and competitive individuals for an Account Executive role speaking directly with business owners about working capital and business funding solutions.

This is a high-activity phone sales role where motivated individuals can build a career in financial sales and earn well beyond their base salary through commission. The people who succeed here are typically competitive, coachable, and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day. Former sales reps, bartenders, athletes, and high-energy personalities tend to thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive , you will communicate directly with business owners to determine their funding needs and guide them through the financing process.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to business owners
• Qualifying merchants for business funding programs
• Explaining financing options clearly and confidently
• Following up with prospects via phone and email
• Collecting required documentation such as bank statements and applications
• Updating CRM notes and managing your pipeline
• Working closely with management to move deals forward

Success in this role comes from activity, persistence, and coachability.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who are comfortable speaking with people and working in a performance-driven sales environment

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Inside sales
• Phone sales / outbound calling
• Bartending or hospitality (high-volume customer interaction)
• Mortgage or lending sales
• Solar or door-to-door sales
• Call center or collections experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and phone presence
• Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working toward daily activity goals
• Coachable and open to feedback

What This Role Is NOT

This position is not a customer service role and not a passive desk job.

Our sales team spends most of the day speaking with business owners and making outbound calls.

Compensation

• The On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus target bonus performance at 100% attainment, is $80,000 to $150,000 annually. xhyhwjd Please note that incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is dependent on achieving defined performance metrics.
