Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Business Immigration Attorney in McLean, VA. This role involves leading client management and handling complex immigration cases, while overseeing a team of legal professionals to ensure exceptional case preparation and submission. Duties Advocate for clients in business immigration law matters, managing complex cases. Represent the firm at client sites, fostering strong client relationships. Maintain high-level communication with a diverse client base. Supervise and lead a team, ensuring accuracy in all assignments. Collaborate with fellow attorneys on business immigration law insights. Contribute to attorney-related policies and law practice projects. Support the evolving needs of the practice, providing partnership assistance. Participate in hiring and performance reviews for associates and paralegals. Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of legal work across the firm. Requirements Minimum of 5 years as a corporate immigration attorney, with experience overseeing paralegal work. Exceptional proficiency in English communication; secondary languages a plus. Proficient in utilizing various computer tools and software. Education J.D. degree and licensure to practice law in the U.S. Certifications Licensure to practice law in the U.S. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex casework efficiently. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
