Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Pittsburgh W, PA)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for Long-Term Care to drive commercial activities and product adoption across an assigned territory. The role requires disease state expertise, account management, and relationship-building with LTC stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and support product launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and utilization in long-term care facilities
- Conduct effective virtual and live engagements with LTC care teams and stakeholders
- Build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Execute marketing strategies to support product launch and commercial objectives
- Develop account management initiatives at the territory level
Requirements
- Disease state and product expertise in specialty care settings
- Experience managing accounts within long-term care environments
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across healthcare teams
- Proficiency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement
- Territory-level business acumen and market landscape knowledge
- Ability to assess key stakeholders and identify marketplace trends
