Since their inception a decade ago, they have steadily grown while remaining under the radar. They have a top tier research and tech stack, as well as infrastructure which has helped pull Traders and Researchers from other renowned HFT shops, who have looked to scale up their strategies.Currently, they are looking to hire a new class of graduates who will be involved in all aspects between research and development.These include;Researching, developing and deploying fully systematic trading strategies.Monitoring behavior and performance of live strategies.Maintaining and enhancing features in the firm's code base.Collaborating with other researchers and traders on team projects.Research into optimal execution and market structure.Tool development for processes automation to support the team.The ideal candidate;Graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Math, within in the past 2 years, or working towards graduating.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Strong programming skills in Python, some knowledge of C++ is a plus.Fast learner - ability to pick things up quickly and learn on the job.The ability to work independently but also collaborate with others as part of a team.Benefits and CompensationFirst year targeted compensation $200-$300k dependant on firm performance.Generous healthcare and employee benefits.Opportunity to build and deploy trading strategies from day 1.Access to high‐end computing infrastructure, data, and tools for research and execution.Reference: AMC/WCR/3558#wicrApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
