Requirements: Minimum of 1 year as an administrative assistant preferably for a finance, legal, advertising, or marketing industry company Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of Social Media and online savvy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Advanced ability to communicate in a professional written format Preference to work in a team-oriented environment Preference to take on challenging projects and is self-motivated Undergraduate degree preferred but not required Ability to be at our Loop office from 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the reception area and communicate with all company visitors Provide administrative support to the senior executives in the company Coordinate all the scheduling for staff members Manage the social media postings for the company Manage the correspondence with company clients Schedule and coordinate company events Work with the staff to coordinate project specific requirements Provide support to senior management for special projects and assignments Compensation starts at $48,000/year, commensurate with experience. Flexible schedule and consideration of part-time hours for the right candidate. Additional bonuses will be given for over-time and project specific performance. This very exciting position offers the most comprehensive commercial mortgage banking sales training program in the Midwest. The role does not require candidates to have direct industry experience. Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, a very high degree of self-motivation, capacity to work in a team-oriented environment, and ability to excel with complex tasks under minimal supervision. For the right candidate that is committed to long-term success, this position should comfortably generate a six-figure salary within a year of starting the position Desired Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience ideally in a finance industry setting Strong work ethic and professional appearance Self-motivated and driven by financial success Candidates must be local and live within 25 miles of the corporate office or be willing to relocate Duties and Responsibilities: Actively identify, source, and close new loan prospects through ASC’s lending and underwriting platform Manage ASC’s network of independent advisors to originate new loan prospects Represent ASC in originating new loan opportunities by participating at industry events, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and corporate partner meetings Support the underwriting department in all facets of the loan process Travel for site inspections, client meetings, and company sponsored events Expand and oversee new national broker relationships for ASC products Provide timely market feedback to senior management to create marketing initiatives to educate staff, clients, and prospects Shepherd all self-originated loans from initial contact through the closing process Provide a signing bonus Full week of paid training Offer customized lending programs that competitors cannot match Provide 25 fresh leads each week All processing and packaging tasks are provided by a dedicated underwriting team Most attractive commission payouts in the local market Flexible schedule and hours Salary, commission, and bonuses provided every pay period Compensation starts at $50,000/year, commensurate with experience.
