Location: 5 days in-office, Tampa, FL In this role, you will: Own: Take ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Define: Clearly define and implement accounting policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop: Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes. Deliver: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Communicate: Effectively communicate financial information to internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes. We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
