ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of eight who work together in a supportive and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an operations manager for a healthcare group and as a sales consultant with Aflac, experiences that helped shape my leadership style and focus on strong customer relationships.

Community involvement is a major focus for our agency. We’ve hosted community health fairs, coat and turkey giveaways, and actively participate in local outreach efforts. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ayanna Ford-Bogan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
• Prior insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Property/Casualty or Life/Health licenses (must obtain, current licensees preferred).
