ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. I've been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, beginning my career at just 16 years old. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an auto claims adjuster, where I learned the value of helping customers prepare before they ever experience a loss.


I graduated from Kennesaw State University and enjoy spending time with my teenage son and our two dogs hiking, running, participating in 10Ks and marathons, and living a healthy lifestyle. Giving back is important to our agency. Each year, we proudly partner with Toys for Tots as a local drop-off location and enjoy supporting our community whenever we can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Maria Bailey - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
