The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Experienced or Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst for Phantom Works located in Mesa, AZ to support our Specialty Materials Manufacturing portfolio. Our facility serves as a hub for advanced manufacturing, where we design and produce cutting-edge military products that are vital to national defense. As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst you will conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyze and interpret data. Provide feedback on assessment results. Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Work under general direction.Key Responsibilities:Provide expertise to the work cell team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues. Use advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationUtilize tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Analyzes and interprets data and provide root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issuesCoordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings required to resolve issues.Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.Supports integrated scheduling for Mesa Fabrication facilities.Supports Ariba ordering, as well as, manages overhead spendingSupport Adaptive Planning inputs to Staffing & Site IntegrationMeeting / Calendar delegateMeeting, Standdown, Catering & Recognition OrganizerTravel setup and organizer for executive leadershipGemba supportOrder fulfillment tracking to correct POC/destinationBarcoding and entering tooling into GOLDManages long lead material storage and consumption (core/freezer materials)Tracking of calibrated toolsAssigning asset tagsLarge scale data integration supportThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S Secret Clearance Post Start is required. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance Post-Start is required. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):High School Diploma or GEDExperience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS project.3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment.Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):Bachelor's degree.Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military.Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects.Pay Range: Level 2: $74,800 - $101,200 Level 3: $90,950 - $123,050 Applications for this position will be accepted until Sept. 16, 2026.
