Auxiliary Program & Facility Rental Assistant

Auxiliary Program & Facility Rental Assistant

The Auxiliary Program & Facility Rental Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Auxiliary Programs, including coordinating logistics for facility rentals. This role requires flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with seasonal schedule adjustments. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Hourly wage is $24-$27, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Supervision & Program Support

Provide care and supervision for students in grades PreK-9 during after-school programs.
Ensure student safety by following all school policies and procedures.
Communicate with parents regarding dismissal updates and manage dismissal plans using SchoolPass.
Create and maintain rosters and attendance lists for auxiliary programming.

Facility Rentals & Event Coordination

Assist in coordinating facility rentals, ensuring seamless event execution.
Manage facility rental calendars, bookings, and scheduling.
Supervise rental groups using the school facilities, including setup, signage, breakdown, and on-site communication with rental leads.

Administrative & Team Collaboration

Run reports and track program attendance.
Attend scheduled staff meetings and complete required in-house training sessions.

Requirements

Experience supervising and caring for children.
Ability to engage with students aged 4 to 15 years old (Preschool Middle School).
Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification (training provided by the school).
Proficiency with relevant technology and administrative tools.
