Employee Health & Workers’ Compensation Analyst The Employee Health & Workers’ Compensation Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, oversight, and continuous improvement of the workers’ compensation program and employee health reporting. This role serves as the primary point of contact for workers’ compensation matters, coordinates with the third‑party administrator, and ensures consistent, compliant and efficient case management. Experience At least 2 years of experience in Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Human Resources, Employee Health and Wellness, Compliance/Legal or Quality. Experience leading projects and following up to meet deadlines. Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and tracking metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workers’ Compensation and FMLA, including terminology, law, claims resolution, compliance and ADA. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records. Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated environment. Familiarity with Workers Compensation systems, incident tracking tools, or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). Experience supporting compliance or audit‑related reporting. Experience in infection prevention and control. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with teams across organizational lines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Job Responsibilities Analyze data and trends in employee health and workers’ compensation and leave data. Deliver reporting, analytics and compliance oversight. Produce regular and ad hoc reports for workers’ compensation, employee injuries, claim trends and employee health metrics. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems, vendors and internal reporting tools. Lead process improvement for employee health and workers’ compensation and leave areas. Project manage and implement programs to enhance employee health and safety. Drive employee health initiatives and administer workers’ compensation in coordination with vendors. Ensure compliance with federal, state and organizational requirements for employee health, injuries and workers’ compensation. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety and OSHA procedures and regulations. Serve as primary liaison with workers’ compensation provider and lead continuous assessment and improvement through issue identification, quality data and trend analysis. Respond to inquiries from employees, leaders and system partners regarding workers’ compensation status, processes and reporting. Assist with education and communication related to workers’ compensation and employee health. Act as subject‑matter expert and lead data management activities at all stages of assigned projects. Navigate, understand, and present data in response to reporting and data requests. Ensure accuracy and reliability of data delivered through quality analysis and testing. Resolve data discrepancies. Utilize strong task‑management skills to track and prioritize outstanding system needs. Support existing applications, provide documentation and training, and function as a knowledge resource to support user experience. Contribute to interdisciplinary performance and quality improvement processes. Partner with accreditation team and other stakeholders to ensure staff are compliant with regulatory standards at all times.
