Job Description
Title: Sterile Processing Tech

Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Friday, with one weekend per 4-week schedule.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 32

Requirements:
- Certification: CBSPB or HSPA (formerly IAHCSMM)
- Previous experience in a trauma center environment
- Strong skills in decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and case cart preparation
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assemble and sterilize surgical trays and instruments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization and inventory.
- Work independently with minimal orientation and supervision.

Compliance / Notes:
- Minimal or no requested time off during the assignment.
- Up to 36 hours of call-off available at no cost during the assignment.
