Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for planning and executing exceptional events. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create memorable experiences that align with our brand and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of event planning including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop detailed event plans and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
