Machine Assembler (Custom Build) – 1st Shift

Direct Placement | $24-27/hour depending on experience

Build custom machines from the ground up in a clean, organized shop. This is hands-on work—not assembly line production.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom machines from prints and schematics
• Build mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly
• Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and shop equipment
• Do basic wiring and electrical work
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience assembling custom machinery or equipment
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Good problem-solving skills

Pluses: welding, hydraulics/pneumatics, mills/lathes, forklift or crane

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
