Applications Support Analyst

To support hospital billing operations, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will perform routine healthcare information system support, resolve incidents, and assist in training documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Investigate and escalate support issues while resolving incidents and service requests Create and analyze reports to recommend application workflow improvements Conduct training sessions and maintain training documentation for users Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred Proficiency with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable Experience with hospital billing and revenue cycle, as well as EPIC, highly preferred
