The Cannabis Sales Representative will build and manage relationships with licensed dispensaries, driving product awareness, orders, and account growth through knowledgeable, consultative sales support. This role combines retail outreach, customer education, pipeline management, and compliance coordination to support strong partnerships and accurate sales forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and develop relationships with licensed dispensaries.
- Conduct retail outreach and deliver product presentations.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Educate dispensary customers on cannabis products.
- Coordinate sales activities with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and forecast territory performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cannabis sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with consultative selling and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Experience with territory management and sales reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
