Maintenance manager

If you love troubleshooting machinery, solving mechanical puzzles, and taking pride in zero downtime, this role is for you! You will be the go-to technical expert on the floor-maintaining, repairing, and optimizing specialized processing and packaging equipment in a clean, high-speed food production facility.

salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on specialized manufacturing equipment (e.g., tempering machines, molding lines, enrobers, wrapping, and high-speed packaging equipment).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns rapidly during production runs to minimize downtime and maintain target
• Execute precision mechanical work, including gearboxes, drive belts, chains, pumps, bearings, and line alignments.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM) schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, and machine histories using the facility's CMMS system.
• Keep spare parts inventory stocked, organized, and staged for routine servicing.
• Perform routine monitoring and basic troubleshooting on plant utility systems, including industrial refrigeration, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, and plumbing systems essential to chocolate temperature control.
