Probate Paralegal

Are you an experienced Probate Paralegal looking for your next opportunity? I am working with a friendly and growing law firm in the Middleton area that is looking to add an experienced Paralegal to its busy Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and is looking to develop their career within Wills and Probate. The firm is committed to supporting career progression, making this an ideal role for someone interested in working towards a CILEX qualification, Solicitor Apprenticeship or future Training Contract. You will manage your own caseload while providing a compassionate and professional service to clients, many of whom are elderly or navigating difficult personal circumstances. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters from initial instruction through to completion. Taking instructions from clients and preparing Wills and LPAs. Supporting with Estate Administration matters. Maintaining accurate files and updating the case management system. Drafting legal correspondence and documentation. Visiting clients at home and within nursing or residential care settings. Delivering excellent client care and ensuring matters progress efficiently. Working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and supportive team. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience handling Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney files. Some knowledge of Estate Administration. Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail. Good IT and document production skills. Confident communication and client-facing skills. A proactive attitude and genuine interest in Private Client law. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
