Logistics Management Trainee

Job Summary We are hiring a Logistics Management Trainee in Alburtis, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role is a 9‑12 month training program that provides on‑the‑job learning, structured logistics training, and team‑based learning with future leaders. Location & Compensation Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month Annual Salary: $60,000 – $63,000 Shift: Monday‑Friday, Day Shift Schedule: 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations. Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to plan and review processes, ensuring company standards and customer service specifications are met. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate employee activities to optimize shift and team logistics. Hold accountability for site key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain collaboration with customers across all aspects of operations. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, track performance, and recognize achievements. Promote a diversity and inclusion culture and seek opportunities to improve internal processes. Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company rules and policies. Analyze account profitability, create and present customer‑specific reports, and recommend continuous improvement actions. Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires. Compensation Information Salary ranges are based on experience, education, location, and market data. The position may also qualify for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan.
