Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.Key Responsibilities:• Own positioning and launch communications plans for new features, products and corporate/community updates• Establish engagement and business goals for key announcements and campaigns. Work with analysts and data scientists to develop KPI and measurement frameworks• Develop campaigns, draft messaging frameworks and positioning decks, and oversee communications execution (including writing, creative, etc)• Identify key audiences and segments to focus on, and build plans that support these goals• Develop proactive and reactive communications plansRequirements & Details:• Work with channel owners to report out on key reach and engagement metrics as well as relevant business metrics. Partner with the ops team...• Champion the community and user in all decisions• Oversee creative collaboration between product design, content strategy, community and marketing teams• Serve as both an individual contributor and a cross-functional leader• 12+ years experience in marketing or communications, at a world class tech company or startup.
