** LOCATION: Onsite Role | Client Location: 11800 Weston Parkway Cary NC 27513

** DURATION: 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: Training Schedule (Onsite):

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Permanent Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Possible rotating Saturday once per month with a weekday off

• Initially fully onsite
• Hybrid schedule possible after 90–120 days if:
• Attendance expectations are met
• Performance metrics are achieved

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. W2

Job Summary:

• The Customer Support Representative supports Pharmacy Operations by handling inbound and outbound patient calls, coordinating refill scheduling and deliveries, processing claims-related activities, and ensuring patients receive excellent customer support throughout the medication fulfillment process.
• This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and strict adherence to attendance and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound pharmacy-related calls
• Schedule medication deliveries and payment coordination
• Provide prescription status updates and general pharmacy support
• Respond to customer inquiries or route calls appropriately
• Maintain concise and accurate progress notes in internal systems
• Verify insurance information and assist with invoice requests
• Run medical claims and update patient records
• Escalate adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) appropriately
• Transfer patient concerns to pharmacists or nurses when needed
• Maintain strong customer service and professionalism standards

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred
• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician credentials required
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Strong attendance and schedule adherence history
• Experience working with management information systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to show empathy and professionalism with patients
• Strong attention to detail
