Executive HR Assistant

Schedule Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Assist with payroll administration and accounts payable Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems Support recruiting, onboarding, and team communication efforts Help coordinate events, meetings, and leadership projects Track deadlines and ensure action items are completed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Provide administrative support to restaurant leadership as needed Assist with catering delivers as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Self-motivated and dependable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Administrative or executive assistant experience preferred Experience in hospitality, recruiting, or customer service is a plus What We Offer Supportive and positive team culture Opportunity to grow professionally within a leadership-focused environment Meaningful work supporting a high-impact team Competitive hourly pay based on experience Location: Chick-fil-A Roanoke Rapids Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
