The company offers long-term stability, mentorship from experienced Project Managers, and the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role while working on challenging, high-profile projects.Project Experience DesiredCandidates should have experience supporting commercial construction projects within one or more of the following sectors:Ground-Up Commercial ConstructionSchools & Educational FacilitiesSelf-StorageWarehouses & Industrial BuildingsRetail & Shopping CentersCorporate & Office BuildingsMixed-Use DevelopmentsMultifamily ResidentialHealthcare & Medical Facilities (Preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager with all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules.Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.Assist with project scheduling and monitor milestone progress.Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Help manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.Participate in owner, architect, subcontractor, and project meetings.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist the field team.Maintain project documentation using Procore or other construction management software.Support project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.Qualifications2–6+ years of Assistant Project Management or Project Engineering experience with a commercial general contractor.Experience supporting commercial ground-up and/or major renovation projects.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.Valid driver's license.Compensation & Benefits$85,000–$100,000 Annual Salary (DOE)Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPerformance Bonus OpportunitiesCell Phone AllowanceLong-term career growth and advancement into a Project Manager roleOpportunity to work on diverse, high-profile commercial construction projectsTo Be ConsideredQualified candidates should submit:Updated Resume and Detailed Project List outlining project name, size, value, location, responsibilities, and type of constructionNorthPoint Staffing will contact qualified candidates to discuss the opportunity in greater detail.
