Assistant Project Manager – Construction/Architectural ProductsLocation: Bohemia, NYCompany/Industry: Architectural wall products/ceiling and floor solutions companySchedule: Mon-Fri, 1st shiftSalary: $65,000 - $85,000/yr depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidateType: Direct hire with benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers with day-to-day project coordinationReview drawings, specifications, and project documentsPrepare and track submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change ordersCoordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teamsMaintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are metMonitor material deliveries and logisticsSupport project close-out documentation and punch list itemsProvide administrative and operational support across active projectsRequirements1–3+ years of experience in general construction, architectural products, or project coordinationAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plusCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $85,000.00PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
