Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Lead to support transformation initiatives within a large retail/apparel environment. This role focuses on driving cultural adoption, building change capability, and enabling sustainable performance improvements across supply chain and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead change execution and cultural adoption for retail and supply chain initiatives Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present insights to senior leaders Advise leadership on organizational, behavioral, and change risks impacting rollout Design and deliver training materials, enablement content, and adoption assets Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change into daily operations Requirements 6-10+ years in Change Management / Organizational Development Required exp with POS software implementation and leading a large, enterprise-level change initiative.
