Change Management Consultant

We're looking for a hands‑on contractor to support the day‑to‑day operations of our AI learning and adoption programs — from administering our AI learning platform to coordinating events and helping grow our AI Champions network. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on operational rigor, enjoys learning program logistics, and wants to be part of a fast‑moving, high‑visibility AI transformation effort. Qualifications Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once Experience coordinating events, programs, or communities (a champions/ambassador network background is a plus) Clear, professional written communication skills Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift Genuine interest in AI tools and how organizations build adoption and fluency at scale Bonus: experience with reporting/dashboards (Excel, SharePoint, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
