Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for an enterprise-wide AI-Powered HR Service Delivery transformation. This high-impact initiative will replace the legacy employee assistant with Moveworks, delivering AI-powered enterprise search and agentic automation across HR, IT, and other business functions. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting 80,000+ employees across corporate offices, retail stores, distribution centers, call centers, and remote teams. The ideal candidate will independently develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities using Prosci ADKAR or equivalent methodologies.

• Rate Range: $75–95/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the AI-Powered HR Service Delivery program.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, governance models, sponsorship roadmaps, and adoption measurement frameworks.

• Conduct organizational readiness and stakeholder impact assessments across business functions and user groups.

• Create and execute communication strategies, executive messaging, change campaigns, and reinforcement communications.

• Design and develop training materials, role-based guides, enablement content, and adoption resources for corporate and deskless employees.

• Build and manage a Change Champion Network across headquarters, retail stores, distribution centers, and call centers.

• Drive adoption of AI-powered enterprise search and agentic automation by establishing user trust and promoting successful behavioral change.

• Define Go-Live readiness criteria, Hypercare communications, and post-launch adoption reinforcement strategies.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

• Track adoption metrics, manage governance reporting, and ensure successful execution across phased implementation waves.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Change Management experience, including 3+ years supporting enterprise HR, IT Service Management, or Employee Experience technology implementations.

• Proven experience leading organizational change for enterprise AI, self-service, or conversational technology implementations.

• Experience managing adoption across large, distributed workforces, including retail, distribution centers, call centers, and other deskless environments.

• Hands-on experience creating and executing OCM strategies without dedicated communications or instructional design teams.

• Strong knowledge of ADKAR or equivalent structured change management methodologies.

• Experience supporting HRSD, ITSM, ServiceNow, Moveworks, Aisera, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under aggressive delivery timelines.

• Retail, consumer goods, or large enterprise experience.

• Experience managing multilingual/global change programs.

• Experience coordinating with system integrators and external implementation partners.
