Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,649–$1,776 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 15 weeks Shift: Day shift, 08:00–16:30, 5 days per week Start date: 09/28/2026 Setting: Long-term care rehabilitation environment Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients under supervision of a licensed PT in a LTAC/long-term care rehabilitation setting Assess patient status and implement, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance, and range-of-motion activities Document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in plan of care; communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team Remain compliant with safety protocols, infection control, and device/orthotic use as indicated; supervise and assist with modalities as permitted Support discharge planning and provide patient and family education to promote continuity of care and home program adherence Maintain appropriate equipment, organize therapy space, and contribute to a positive, collaborative rehab environment Requirements Current PTA license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure in NH Ability to work effectively in a LTAC/long-term care rehab setting under supervision of a physical therapist Solid communication skills and ability to document clearly and concisely Prior experience in skilled rehab or LTAC settings is preferred Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours for the assignment Competitive weekly pay presented as a weekly range Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate start Ongoing support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC during the assignment Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
