Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication strategies for Reboot Staff. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our messaging, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and clarity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and distribute clear internal and external communications.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all written materials.
- Prepare company announcements, reports, and professional documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate messaging.
- Monitor communication channels and provide timely follow-ups.
- Support the planning and execution of communication strategies and projects.
- Maintain organized communication archives and documentation.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Solid organizational and coordination abilities. Understanding of communication strategies and brand messaging. Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
